City Life volunteers and leaders live in the neighborhoods that they minister to. This insures a lifesyle of ministry and provides opportunities to share the hope of Jesus in many different life situations. YFC runs drop-centers that open their doors in the heart of communities and enters into the culture of the neighborhoods and communties.
Buidling Community Through Community.
By being apart of communities, City Life volunteers and leaders minister to the entire communities and seek the transformation of the entire community and not merely individuals.
Comprehensive Ministry.
City Life ministers not only to the spiritual needs of the community but also helps the community educationally through homework help, physically through providing safe places inside of neighborhoods, relationally by supporting individuals in life.
Contagious Discipleship.
City Life leaders share the hope of Jesus through discipleship and strategically invest in young people and raise them up as community leaders who in turn disciple others. This model puts leaders back into their own communities, building them up from the inside.
