What We Do
YFC accomplishes it's mission with these local ministry programs.
YFC Foster Care, the 4th largest foster care provider in the State of Washington, meets the needs of children and families by providing quality foster care homes to kids and families throughout the Puget Sound area. YFC believes that every young person deserves a permanent and loving family. Foster Care provides excellent care through either temporary respite housing or through providing a new permanent home. Our drop in centers provide a safe and positive environment for young people during the afterschool hours. When kids arrive at The Spot they’re greeted with a warm fun environment, food, games, and caring adult mentors who can get to know kids, hear their story and help bring necessary resources into their lives.
