Stanwood Youth for Christ

Since 1986, Stanwood Area Youth for Christ has been sharing the hope of Christ with young people in the Stanwood/Camano area in partnership with local churches.  Our committed staff, volunteers and local board leadership are striving to help young people come to a knowledge of Christ by coming alongside them wherever they are at in life, meeting their needs, sharing the hope of Jesus.

Our local office is located at 27030 99th Ave NW Stanwood, WA 98292.  All of our administration is handled through our Seattle Metro office at P.O. Box 75128 Seattle WA 98175 (206) 284-4446.

Our Local Ministries -

The YFC Teen Parents ministry connects trained adults with pregnant girls and teenage parents in programs designed to help them make good choices and establish a solid foundation, not only in their lives, but also in the lives of their babies. Like every ministry of YFC, Teen Parents seeks to engage these young people wherever they are found as life-long followers of Jesus Christ.  For information on how you can become involved please contact our Teen Parents Director, Heidi Delich at heidi@stanwoodyfc.com.

The Spot provides a safe, positive and fun place for young people to meet after school and on weekends.  When young people come the The Spot, they're met by caring adult mentors who come alongside them to help them with their homework, develop positive relational skils and work through the many issues that arise during their adolescent years.  For more information on how you can become involved please contact our Spot Director, Briana Gibson at briana@stanwoodyfc.comThe Spot is located at 27028 99th Ave NW Stanwood, WA 98292.

Project Serve mobilizes hundreds of students each year and gives them the opportunity to live out their faith by serving those in need throughout our communities.  We do this by partnering with local schools, churches and social service organizations in the Stanwood area.

Stanwood's Campus Life ministry combines healthy relationships with creative programs to help young people make good choices, establish a solid foudation for life and positively impact their schools.  We do this by running after school clubs at local schools where students can have fun, make friends and hear about the hope of Christ in a context that make sense in their world.
